Leadmere policies

Terms & Conditions

These terms describe the use of Leadmere's software and the consent-based communication workflows available through Leadmere-powered service-request experiences.

Using Leadmere

Leadmere provides software that helps businesses manage and respond to their own customer and lead inquiries. Businesses are responsible for their accounts, the information they submit, and their use of the service.

Leadmere may support workflows for inquiry handling, qualification, scheduling, appointment coordination, customer service, and follow-up. Availability of a particular workflow can depend on the business's configuration and connected services.

SMS Terms

SMS opt-in through a Leadmere-powered inquiry form is affirmative: the person submitting the form must actively check the SMS consent box before SMS automation can be activated for that inquiry.

Messages may concern an inquiry, qualification questions, scheduling, appointment confirmations or reminders, customer service, and inquiry follow-up.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.

Opting into SMS communications is not a condition of purchase.

Privacy

Information submitted through Leadmere is processed as described in the Privacy Policy, including the restrictions on sharing mobile information and SMS opt-in data.

Changes and questions

Leadmere may update these terms as the service changes. The current version is available on this page. For questions about a specific service request or message, contact the business that sent or received the communication.
