Leadmere policies
Privacy Policy
This policy describes how Leadmere processes information when people use Leadmere-powered service-request experiences and when businesses use the Leadmere software.
Information we process
Leadmere may process names, phone numbers, email addresses, inquiry and lead details, appointment details, and other information voluntarily supplied through a service request, a conversation, or an account.
For example, this can include the service requested, property or service-area details, preferred timing, conversation responses, and information needed to coordinate an appointment or support a customer inquiry.
How information is used
Leadmere processes this information to provide and operate the software, record and manage inquiries, support qualification and follow-up workflows, coordinate scheduling and appointments, respond to customer-service needs, and maintain the related business records.
Businesses using Leadmere are responsible for the information they submit to the service and for determining when and how they communicate with their own leads and customers.
Service providers
Leadmere may process information with service providers that are necessary to operate the software and provide requested functionality, such as infrastructure, hosting, communication delivery, calendar, and support services. Those providers process information only as needed to provide their services to Leadmere or the business using Leadmere.
SMS/Text Messaging
When a person affirmatively opts in through a Leadmere-powered inquiry form, the associated business may use the submitted mobile number to communicate about that person's inquiry, including qualification, scheduling, appointment reminders, customer service, and follow-up. Opt-out and suppression controls are applied to messaging workflows where available.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as necessary to provide the messaging service.
Your choices
SMS recipients can reply STOP to opt out of future text messages and HELP for help. To ask a question about information associated with a specific service request, contact the business that received the inquiry. For Leadmere product questions, use the contact information made available by the business or through the Leadmere service.
Related terms
Use of Leadmere is also subject to the Terms & Conditions, including the SMS Terms.
